On January 19, 2024, the Maltese Commissioner of Taxes and Customs published local guidelines in relation to the transfer pricing rules introduced in Malta in November 2022.
The local guidelines refer to the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines 2022 in relation to the application of transfer pricing methods, comparability analysis, transfer pricing documentation, etc.
